2020 iMac specs leaked? Intel i9-10910, 32GB DDR4 RAM & more

This year is certainly the year of the iMac, with dozens of rumours suggesting a major overhaul with iPad-like design, thinner bezels and improve performance. An account on Twitter, ‘rogame‘, who has previously had no track record, has posted benchmarks of what he claims to be the 2020 iMac.

The screenshot reveals that the high-end iMac could support 32GB of DDR4 RAM, with an i9-10910, one of Intel’s more powerful chips, and have a clock speed of 3.6GHz. Apple could also include AMD’s Radeon Pro 5300 graphics (with 4GB of memory), as they’ve done with the 16-inch MacBook Pro.

It looks like, if these benchmark results are correct, the iMac will be a powerhouse this year, in terms of performance. It’s not clear what the baseline specs will be, but an educated guess is an Intel i5 9th-gen with 8GB of DDR4 RAM.
