Apple has released iOS 12.4.7 with important security and performance improvements. The new software has been released alongside iOS 13.5 and tvOS 13.4.5.
The new version of iOS 12 comes for devices that cannot run iOS 13, released last year, such as the iPhone 6, 5s and older-generation iPads that don’t run on iPadOS. They can all be updated to iOS 12.4.7.
It’s not known what’s changed but we’ll update this post if anything major has been found.
