Today, Apple updated the Apple Support app for iOS and iPadOS. It features an all-new interface, Dark Mode support, smarter solutions for even more topics, and new and improved chat and call experiences.
This update also features a section dedicated to support for your Apple Services. Depending on the service, you can also edit your payment information or change your subscription from within the app as well.
It’s nice to finally have Dark Mode support on this app. Of course, there’s still a light mode theme if you prefer. This changes based on your default iOS settings. Overall, I like the new design and simplicity of the app, however, I do miss the search tab. Using it, I could easily search for an article without needing to select my product, select the issue, and hope it appears.
