New emojis could be present in the first iOS 14 betas

Apple usually releases new emoji in an update to iOS that comes between November and March in a ‘.x’ release. Last year, these came with iOS 13.2. It now looks like Apple could include new emojis in the first betas of iOS and iPadOS 14.

A leaker by the name of Soybeys on Twitter is suggesting that these should be ‘available tomorrow’. The emojis have been in internal builds of iOS 14 that have leaked.

Whilst this isn’t confirmed, it could be a sign that Apple plans on doing this. We don’t know if this is due to a delay in Unicode 14.0 releases.
