The latest Insider build for Skype has been released. Version 8.62 brings minor improvements to Skype for Mobile with new features of iOS and Android.
It’s now possible for you to change your camera’s background if you have an iPhone or iPad. This works on the iPhone 7 or later, 2018 iPad and iPod touch 7 (released last year). Performance improvements are also included and this feature is rolling out in the next few days.
For Android users, Skype now works with Android Auto and will read your messages and let you reply to them with voice commands whilst in a car. Issues with notifications have also been resolved with this build.
